| Jesus commanded us in Mark 16:15 to "Go into all the world and preach the Gospel to every creature." It was not a suggestion, but a command. As Christians, each one of us is called to be involoved in evangelization; some as 'goers', others as 'senders'. The goers are those who leave behind families and friends to do the calling of God. The senders are those who stay behind and support them through our giving and prayer.
Church of God World Missions is established in 166 countries and has a presence in many places where people have never heard about Jesus. Through missions, we are involved in church planting, teaching, medical missions, humanitarian relief, orphanages, literature & Bible distribution, children's ministries, and ministry to the poor and elderly. The unique thing about giving to missions through the Church of God is that 100% of the money given goes to the designated missions projects. Our "mission" at Cedar Hill Church of God is to be involved in the same thing God is involved in - and that is global evangelization. Some of the missionaries we support are:
